How to license the plugin after moving the site

If you have moved your Oxygen site from one location to another you will need to re-activate the license for our plugins.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the plugin’s license page.
  2. Clear out the license key (if present) and click Save Changes button.
  3. Paste in your license key and click Save Changes button.
  4. Click Activate License button.

This will fix the “Download failed: unauthorized” message problem when trying to update the plugin.
